A Shoe-perhero of Inclusivity is someone who takes brave steps to make sure everyone feels seen, valued, and included! No matter their differences. Inspired by I’m Not Invisible, Franny’s Neighborhood Mission, this kid-based program empowers young heroes to “step into someone else’s shoes,” showing empathy, kindness, and understanding in their classrooms and communities.

These Shoe-perheroes don’t need capes or superpowers  just caring hearts and the courage to act. Whether it’s including a classmate at lunch, offering support to a friend in need, or helping create safe spaces where everyone belongs, each small step they take makes a big difference.

Nominate someone

To nominate someone to be highlighted as a  Shoe-perhero, they should be someone who actively works to create an environment where everyone feels valued and accepted. This individual demonstrates a commitment to promoting kindness and empathy. They know what it means to put themselves in someone else's shoes.

Whether through community involvement, advocacy, or educational initiatives, they inspire others to embrace diversity and foster understanding. By serving as a role model and building support networks, they empower individuals to be seen and heard, making a meaningful impact on their community and cultivating a culture of acceptance for all.
